The Board members will leverage their collective skills and industry expertise to provide strategic guidance and direction to FESCO Energy’s executive team during the company’s continued growth as a leading Energy services provider.
As Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment, Wayne had management and oversight responsibilities within the DOD for military installations worldwide, covering a land area of over 46,000 square miles and containing some 587,000 buildings and structures valued at more than $640 billion. His responsibilities included oversight of all Military Construction and the development of installation capabilities, programs, and budgets; base realignment and closure; privatization of military housing and utility systems; the development of Joint Basing; and coordination responsibilities for the U.S. Marine Corps movement of forces from Okinawa to Guam. He also had responsibility for all facilities energy development; environmental management, safety and occupational health; environmental restoration; pollution prevention; fire protection; and explosives safety. He also served as the Acting Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Installations & Facilities).
